Client Service Representative (Newark, DE) – The Client Service Representative will maintain effective benefit administration and customer service through the client services center. This is a solutions-oriented role that is a fast-paced and relies on the ability to think and react quickly, formulate creative solutions, and serve clients with the utmost dedication. Customer relations, problem resolution, and time management are of the utmost importance. The candidate must excel in product knowledge and problem solving and exhibit an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Account Manager (Newark, DE) – The Account Manager will complement Ascela’s growing Sales and Account Management Team and is best suited for someone who is seeking an analytical employee benefits position within the insurance and risk management field. Candidates must have experience with modeling financial risk, comparing costs, and identifying the pros and cons of various healthcare and funding options. Day-to-day tasks include supporting client relationships as well as employee benefit plans and programs of Ascela’s clients and co-brokers. The candidate’s expertise must further be applied on new case processing and for strategically renewing cases with a minimization of lateral movement and a focus on ancillary sales. The candidate must excel in product knowledge and problem solving and exhibit an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
